Janam durlav nahi barambara I
                                                     Karahu bhakti niju Nam piyara II

                                                     Satguru sewa karo pahichani I
                                                     Sujas     jas gaho nirmal bani II

                                                      Paarakh     karke sewa thane I
                                                      Saach     sabad mukti jo jane II

                                                      Chor   sahu      chinhe chit lai I
                                                      Kare         sewa surati lav   lai II

(Bhaki Hetu is a holy book of Sant Dariya. In the above, Sadaguru Dariya Saheb says that the human birth is rare.It should be utilised in the devotion of Lord ( Nam ).Dariya   alerts human beings from false gurus who are in great numbers in the world.One has to find the true Sadaguru after thorough examination and follow his guidance. Sadaguru only knows the path of deliverance and unfolds the truth to his followers. The devotee should identify Satpurusa (Sahu ) and the thief ( Mana ) and serve the Lord(Satpurusha ) with complete mindfulness.)

                                                        Bandi chhore tuh band chhodabahu I
                                                        Aaye jagat me jiva      muktabahu II

                                                        Daya bant tum hohu  dayala I
                                                        Katahu jam phans jam   jala II

                                                       Janmu deep hai kal   sanehi I
                                                        Kathin kal tan byape  dehi II

                                                       Rahe khamir kal sabha   pasaa I
                                                       Deyi achanak jiva kanh trasaa II

                                                       Ghat ghat dole sabhe dolabe I
                                                       Bajigar jyo hukum   chalabe II

                                                       Yaisan surati achet      karabe I
                                                       Abari kahan ke abari kahabe II

(Dariya requests the Lord who is emancipator of all beings to take pity and untie the bondage of the jivas.He further urges Him to come to this world and release the jivas from clutches of kal.He  requests the Merciful to have mercy on the jivas and cut the snare of kal.Sant describes the condition of the world where jiva have   developed friendship with kal out of ignorance.Kal has made home in the heart of every jiva.It pervades everybody and dictates. It disturbs mindfulness and makes people heedless.In this unconrolled state of mind one speaks and does completely different than what one intends. )

                                                         Dariya kahe sabad nirvana,   
                                                         Abari kaho nahi ved bakhana.

( Dariya speaks the words of Nirvana. He speaks something else not the repetitions of what we find in different scriptures. )                  

                                                       Ek so anant vo, so futi dar bistar ,
                                                      Antahu feri ek hai, tahi khoju niju-sar.

( In the begining there was One. From that One the entire expansion has taken place. In the end too, there remains One.Sant Dariya exhorts men to search that One. )   

                                                       Yama jalim jag kare bekara,
                                                       Pakhand dharam kare samsara
                                                       Jav niju ved pave jan koi
                                                       Tahe dekh chale jam roi

( Yama has perverted the minds of the people and spoiled the whole world. People under the influence of the wicked Yama are observing false doctrines .When a person gets power of discernment under the guidance of  a Sadguru, the wicked Yama moves away weeping from the vicinity of such person. )

                                              Jab satguru pad paiye,mete bhav bharm udas;
                                              Moh sagar sam sukhiya,mete tam tej prakash.

( When the seeker gets the word  of   Sadguru,all the doubts get cleared.The sea of lust dries up.The darkness vanishes   and divine brightness descends in the heart .)  

                                              Prem yukti nij mul hai, gurgami karo sudhar
                                              Daya deepak jabahi bare, darshan Nam adhar.

                                             Jas piyar jiva apano, tas jiva sabahi piyar
                                              janahi sant subudhi jana, jake vimal vichar.   

                                               Mina mans madira ka sanga,    
                                               ahai apavan pap    utanga         
                                               phal aur phul ankur jata ahai,
                                                yah sukh sant sada gun gahai .

( Sant Dariya  preaches to observe non -violence and vegetarianism. A seeker must burn the lamp of kindness in his heart. Only in that light  further path of liberation could be visible .Life is dear to all the living beings. Hence, none should kill / injure any living being. Observance of  loving -kindness for the living beings is must for spiritual progress.Eatng of flesh , fish   and  drinking of intoxicants are forbidden as they hinder spiritual progress. Man should eat fruits and cereals that grow out of seeds.)

                                               Kahe Dariya mana kaid karu, jo chaho Satnam
                                               karam kati jana nijupur, jai baso  niju     dham.   

                                         Mana ke jite      jitiya,      mana        hare bhau hani
                                         Manahi biloi jhana karu mathani, tab sukh upaje jani.

( Sant Dariya exhorts men to control the mind to find Satnam . Those who have subdued their mind , have won the battle.When the mind becomes subservient to wisdom, the blissdawns.)    

                                              Kahe Dariya nahi vachiho, binu diye karamdand  
                                               kaha bhag jiva jaai-ho,    saat-deep     nav khand.

(One cannot escape  from the punishment of evil deeds. There is no place where one can hide to get away from the result the  of bad deeds  )    

                                           Gur bin hohi na gyan, gyan na hokhe bhakti binu   
                                          kari dekho anuman,      daya jabahi dil me   base.

( One cannot attain wisdom without a guru. Also, there cannot be any wisdom without devotion. When compassion develops in the heart,one can find the truth himself. )
